I invite you to take a walk or sit with me as we work together to identify new personal goals and needs in your life.
Approach
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help retrain patterns of thinking that affect feelings and behavior.
In your first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what your personal goals are. I offer trauma-informed care, including EMDR to help relieve stressful memories.
