Sessions are typically 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for families.

What if I'm in crisis?

If you're in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crises, contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

Can sessions be virtual?

No, sessions are in-person only at this time.
