What to Prepare

Think about your reasons for seeking counseling and any specific goals you have. Feel free to bring notes or questions. There's no need to prepare extensively—being open and honest is what's most important.

Session Length and Cost

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Regular sessions are $100 for individuals.
